about hiroko

Hiroko Inoue

Having started her ballet training at the age of six, Hiroko followed her passion for dance and moved to NY in 2002 for further training.

She has lived in NY for 9years and has danced, choreographed and taught classes for children and young professionals extensively throughout US and Paris, France.

Since she was introduced Yoga in 2003 through dance training, she has been amazed to experience how much Yoga can condition the body and nourish the heart. It has supported her competitive professional dance life and now, it is her essential part of life, or the way of life itself.

"All you need is Love"

- Yes, truly so.

One's devotion to him/herself leads him/her to compassion for others,

and this is the seed for Universal Love, Peace.

To feel it, share it and pass it on, is her Sadhana.

Hiroko has relocated herself back in Japan 2011 and is now teaching both group and private yoga classes extensively throughout Kantoh area. She is known as a bilingual yoga teacher and is also a yoga translator/interpreter.

Hiroko visited the city of Risikesh, Varanasi and Agra, India 2012 with the guidance of highly respected, and beloved Senior Iyengar teacher,

Lisa Walford. She was immersed in the richness of the culture of India and the depth of Yoga philosophy. She continues to learn Iyengar based yoga to quest for never-ending wonderment of physical and spritual body, where soul resides.

Hiroko has become a mother of a baby boy in 2015, with whom she practices yoga off the mat everyday!
